A non refundable booking deposit of £50.00
is taken on booking, payable by credit or debit card only.
Full payment for the accommodation is taken
no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £250.00 damage deposit paid by credit
or debit card only, must be paid with the balance 4 weeks prior
to arrival.
Cancellations after the full amount is paid
- we will obviously endeavour to sell any cancelled breaks, and
providing we are able to do so, we will refund the recouped amount.
However, please note that with only 4 weeks, it is not always
possible to re-sell.
The full damage deposit is repaid within 1
week of departure by refund to the same card providing there is
no damage, extra cleaning or refuse removal. Extra refuse removal
is charged at £10-00 per run to the local refuse collection
centre.
